Balaji Superspecialty Clinic offers you the best quality healthcare services in pocket friendly price. Consultation starts from as low as Rs.200/- only. Fees varies with the complexity of the disease and the concerned superspecialty. We accept charges through cash, debit and credit cards.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, you need to make an appointment to consult the doctors. You can contact us directly on our contact number or e-mail id to schedule an appointment from the slots available. You can also make an appointment online through our website or can visit our clinic directly.

Can I talk to health care provider at the clinic?

Yes, absolutely. Our Patient Services Representatives are there to answer your queries during regular working hours. If unable to answer, your call will be transferred to the appropriate staff.

What are your regular office hours?

Our regular clinic hours is 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM everyday.

What is your appointment policy?

Our physicians try their best possible to stick the scheduled time period for consultation but occasionally patient appointments do require longer time duration than scheduled. When this happens, a sincere attempt is made by our registration staffs to manage the situation efficiently. A re-appointment is issued by our staffs when a patient left out and for patients come for regular checkups.

Do I need to bring anything special to my first visit?

We don’t want to waste your time in number of visits. So, to reduce the time in formalities before consultation the patients are requested to bring their current insurance card, photo ID, and any medications they are taking. Also, any forms or test results that you have been provided, such as x-rays. If your insurance has co-pay for an office visit, you will be responsible to pay at the time of your visit.

What can I expect at the first appointment?

Our Receptionist shall guide you through your registration and appointment. You can expect the very best from our consultants.

What should I do if I can't bring my minor child to his or her appointment?

For Immunization, Dental extraction etc we would prefer that you accompany your child. However if that not possible please ensure that your child is comfortable with the accompanying adult and you shall be required to send a letter authorizing the treatment.

What should I do if I miss my appointment?

In this case, we will recommend you to call our office during regular office hours (9.00 AM – 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM) and explain that you have missed your appointment and discuss rescheduling the appointment. Patients need to inform about rescheduling 2 hours prior to your appointment, else this will be a No Show appointment.

What should I do in case of emergency if the office is closed?

Balaji Superspecialty provides its patients with 24 hours / 7 days health assistance. Even if the office is closed but one of our official is always available for emergencies. You can reach us on our clinic number. If it is a case of critical emergency then immediately call on our emergency helpline number +91 7438899001. The emergency number will be answered or forwarded to the physicians for sure.

I received a bill and have questions about it. Who can I call for assistance?
